At times in my life, my musical path has been blocked by chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, acid reflux, jaw and sleep apnea issues, and more...
I am a bit of a poster child for how "progress" in our civilization isn't always a thing, as we painfully can see around us daily.
And yet because I see Harmony as a journey, I have found ways to flow around these hurdles, eventually finding resources to cultivate ancient alignment anew.
I believe it is the most magical time to be alive, with the synergy of research, technology, and rewildling.
There are things that money can't buy. The feeling of a joint truly clicking into place for the first time in your life. Or a muscle firing the way it's supposed to but hadn't since childhood. The feeling of your larynx moving freely for the first time. The feeling of stretching and massaging your vocal cords until they are humming with positive sensation. Singing and speaking with complete safety and abandon, because you've practiced the techniques to keep them healthy.
Now all the skills I've learned along the way to Heal my body and throat, which is my living, miraculous instrument, can be shared with love, so we can all come home to the gift of our embodiment.
I created a workshop to celebrate self-care in community, sharing the postural alignment, stretching, massage, toning, warm ups, and cool-downs I've learned to practice regularly as a vocal athlete, whether through teaching or singing (or just being a chatty kathy).

I do feel a daily practice is supporting my throat chakra, as the bravery of vulnerable honesty is probably my greatest challenge (and why I like putting it into lyrics instead).
All are welcome (including kids who can sit still and listen) and can benefit from the workshop, and there's a family/couple's discount.
